Appointments
We recommend that you reserve your next appointment time prior to leaving the Salon so that you are guaranteed the ideal date & time that best fits your schedule.

Cancellation Policy
To avoid a rescheduling fee on any salon service, Performance Salon & Color Spa requires cancellations or time changes 12-hours prior to the scheduled appointment.  Otherwise a fee of 50% of the service may be added to your next visit.  Gift Certificate holders will have the entire service deducted from their gift certificate.

"Your" Guests
If someone is accompanying you to your appointment, please understand that all guests must remain in the waiting area, so that our staff can focus on you!  All children must be attended for safety reasons.

Punctuality
Please arrive a few minutes prior to your schedule appointment time to prepare for your service.  Arriving late may reduce the service time.

Cellular Telephones
Performance Salon & Color Spa request that you please turn off your cell phone ringer when entering the building, out of respect for all guests and staff.

Gift Certificates
Available in several varieties: such as our "Day of Beauty" packages, or create your own for that very special person!
