The new Mrs. Missouri America 2008 is Adrianne Caruso, a 29 year old South County resident. She competed as Mrs. St. Louis and also won the Evening Gown award. Adrianne is a former St. Louis Rams Cheerleader. She is using her new title to draw attention and promote eating disorder awareness and a positive image for women.
